Would be mint except the plastic windshield is missing.  Very easy to make a replacement from collar insert or other sheet plastic.  I cannot do so anymore due to failing eyesight.  Have made them in the past.  Windup motor works perfectly. 4 speed with steering.  Hard to find in this condition.
