Rare Early NAO by Lladró Porcelain Lady With Fan Figurine – Made in Spain

Beautiful and very uncommon early NAO by Lladró porcelain figurine depicting an elegant woman holding a fan. She has a refined Victorian / Edwardian inspired look, with a wide brimmed hat, high collar, gloves, soft gray bodice, and long flowing skirt with sculpted ruffle detail at the back.

This piece is especially interesting because it has an early impressed NAO backstamp, rather than the later printed NAO mark. The impressed mark is associated with early NAO production and was used very briefly before the printed backstamp became standard. I have not been able to confirm the exact model name or number, which adds to the appeal for collectors who enjoy harder-to-identify early NAO pieces.

The figurine was made in Spain and has the soft pastel palette, glossy glaze, and graceful sculptural form associated with Lladró / NAO porcelain. At approximately 11.5 inches tall, it has an elegant display presence.

Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs noted. The glaze is bright and clean, and the figurine displays beautifully. Please review all photos closely, as they are part of the description.

This is a rare and special early NAO piece, especially desirable because of the impressed mark and uncommon subject matter.
