In great condition; free of chips, cracks, breaks and wear to the motif. The bottle stands at 3 inches tall x 7/8 inch wide x 7/8 inch deep, the actual reservoir looks to be about 1/2 inch in diameter. There is no spoon attached to the carnelian cap.
