Antique metal high-heel shoe pincushion souvenir that features an engraving of the iconic California Balboa Park Building and Tower in San Diego.

Could be manufactured out of silver-plated metal, pewter, or pot metal. Similar souvenir shoes were produced for the 1915 and 1935 Expositions held in Balboa Park.
