I have seen similar models pictured c1914-1919

Generally in good condition - all keys operate, carriage moves freely and backspace works - but the carriage does not advance when letter keys or spacebar are pressed. Feels like some part of the linkage does not engage. 

Internals all needs a good clean which might be enough to fix it or perhaps adjustment is needed.
