Our remote wireless sensors allow you to easily detect, average, and data log room temperatures across multiple areas. When averaging, these sensors communicate wirelessly back to a single primary Pelican thermostat. The weighting between the primary thermostat and its remote wireless sensor(s) is customizable through the Pelican web-app.
DESIGN Many times, thermostats are not installed in an ideal location and running thermostat wire becomes an issue or a cost prohibitive option. Pelican's offers two versions of their remote wireless sensors to provide flexibility:
RT1-DC is powered by (2) AA batteries or 24VAC
MULTIPLE AVERAGING SENSORS 8 Per Thermostat Each primary Pelican thermostat can communicate with up to eight (8) Remote Wireless Sensors. Each one's temperature detection is then weighted in the Pelican App.
BALANCE Automated Fan Circulation If the temperatures between the primary Pelican thermostat and its remote sensors are far from each other. The system will automatically turn on the fan to try and balance the temperatures between the spaces.
WEB-APP CONNECTED Virtual Each Remote Wireless Sensor will send its room's temperature back to your Pelican App, so you can review and monitor each space individually.
