Fiesta retired Blub candleholders in White, with the Mexicana Decal decorated by China Specialties.
These were items sold through the Fiesta Collector's Quarterly newsletter and in person at the Pottery City Antique Mall back in the 90's and Early 2000's i believe. - Limited to 500 pieces.
Bulb candleholders are for taper candles. Fiesta is made in the USA.
