Original onion skin outer sleeve included. Only light natural yellowing visible, typical for this delicate translucent style cover.

There is also a tiny approx 5mm tear at the very top rear edge of the onion skin sleeve together with only light general storage wear otherwise.

Description:

Original UK 1985 Disco France pressing of Low-Life by New Order released on Factory Records.

An especially attractive early pressing variation featuring DMM (Direct Metal Mastering) runout inscriptions together with faint MPO markings within the deadwax.

The vinyl remains in excellent condition overall with very glossy clean surfaces and only a few faint hairlines visible under strong light.

Playback is particularly strong throughout with clear punchy audio overall and only occasional light traces of background crackle audible during careful play testing.

There is slightly more noticeable light crackle during the intro section of “Sunrise”, and one light surface mark visible toward the end of the preceding track extending into the run-in area before the final track on that side, though this does not appear to sound during playback.

Only light spindle wear visible indicating relatively limited previous play.

Complete with the original printed inner sleeve and the iconic translucent onion skin outer sleeve, one of the most distinctive Factory Records packaging designs of the 1980s.

The onion skin sleeve remains especially well preserved overall despite the tiny top edge tear and only light age-related yellowing visible, very common with surviving original examples.

A very strong clean UK New Order / Factory Records collector copy overall.

Carefully cleaned and fully play tested prior to listing. Vinyl also checked carefully for warping and dishing and remains particularly flat overall.
