If these are truly refurbished Delft Blue as opposed to printed mass production, then...
the number on the back would indicate it as a possibly restored and repainted item.
This is/was a practice often with these tiles and as it is very difficult to find them.
Most people would dump the worn, scratched and cracked tiles
In any event, they are unique, restored or not. I cannot find any other like them.
