Instructions for use of pellet machine
1. First, you must add 85w-140 model gear oil first, and then use both hands to adjust the two threads of the pressing disc on both sides (must be at the same time). After you cannot twist it with your hands, use a wrench to tighten it again by half a turn to one turn, and then lock it tightly;
2. The new machine requires an abrasive grinding table. The ratio of abrasive materials is (fine sand: rice bran: waste engine oil 10:10:2) and repeatedly ground for 3-5 hours;
The new machine should not feed too quickly at the beginning of work. Hold the material with both hands and feed it evenly one after another;
The water content of the processed material is 5% to 8%;
After each use, you must use dry corn kernels and add cooking oil or engine oil before working until the material is discharged. (This operation is to make the discharge smoother next time using the machine without blocking the hole)
 
Important reminder
Regarding the judgment of the water content of the material, we suggest: hold the mixed material in your hand, use a little force to form a ball, and slowly disperse after letting go;
Note: When there is little water, grains cannot be made; when there is too much water, the grains are soft and fragile (6-8% moisture)
 
How to maintain
It is recommended to add abrasive material after each use to ensure that the material is not blocked
