Which mounting screw is needed?
For most models: M8 x 20mm hex screw (not included). For MOD 28 and MOD 29: M5 x 20 mm. You can find suitable screws in our shop.
How do I determine the correct glass thickness?
Measure the thickness of your glass with a caliper. For VSG glass (laminated safety glass), note the total thickness incl. Foil – e.g. B. 2 x 4 mm glass + 0.76 mm film = 8.76 mm.
Flat connection or pipe connection – what do I need?
Flat Connector: Mounts directly to the wall or post with a flat surface. Pipe connection 42.4 mm: Attachment directly to a stainless steel pipe with a 42.4 mm diameter.
Are the glass holders suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. V2A stainless steel (AISI 304) is corrosion-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. For direct proximity to the coast we recommend V4A (AISI 316).
What does AbP certification mean?
The general building authority test certificate (AbP P-169901-LGA) confirms the suitability for load-bearing and fall-protecting structures. Check your state's building codes.
