Mounting types

Easy to install: handrail tube is fixed with a grub screw on the side – no drilling in the pipe necessary. Ideal for quick, clean installation.

Attach the handrail directly to the support plate with an M5x12 mm screw. Particularly stable connection.
⇒ Connection with stainless steel adhesive
All connectors, end caps and bends can be securely and permanently bonded with our stainless steel adhesive (10 ml, in the range) - without welding.

Rule of thumb: 1 holder every 50-80cm. Recommended distance between holders: approx. 60cm.

Components of the handrails
Tubes (42.4 x 2.0 mm)
The tubes form the main element of the handrail. They are made of V2A stainless steel and have a diameter of 42.4 mm with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm.
Connectors and brackets
Various connectors and brackets are used to assemble and stabilize the handrail. These are also made of stainless steel and ensure secure attachment to the wall or other support structures.
End caps and terminations
The end caps are used to close the open ends of the handrails and give them an aesthetically pleasing look. They are easy to assemble and add to the overall design.

Frequently asked questions
How many holders do I need per meter?
Recommended: one holder every 50-80 cm. For a 150 cm handrail you need 3 holders.
Ball ring or carrier plate – which is better?
Ball ring: quicker assembly, no drilling in the pipe necessary. Support plate: more stable connection, ideal for heavily used areas.
Can I shorten the pipes myself?
Yes, with a hacksaw or flex. Then deburr the cut edges with fine sandpaper.
Is the handrail suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. V2A stainless steel (AISI 304) is corrosion-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
How are the parts connected?
With our stainless steel glue (10 ml, in the range). The adhesive ensures a permanent, invisible connection without welding.

Notes
The pipes are cut to the desired length according to your specifications. Cutting tolerance: +/- 5 mm. The cut edges are not deburred - please rework them with fine sandpaper before assembly.
Care
Clean the handrail regularly with a soft cloth and commercially available stainless steel cleaner. Avoid cleaning products that contain chlorine.
