This listing is for the original 6 YuGiOh starter decks and their associated boxes plus the original included accessories (the rule books, foldable paper play mats, and plastic insert shells that came with the decks). The earliest 4 decks are the original unlimited print runs, and the later 2 are 1st editions. All are English language cards from North America.

The included decks and their editions are:
- Starter Deck: Yugi (unlimited)
- Starter Deck: Kaiba (unlimited)
- Starter Deck: Joey (unlimited)
- Starter Deck: Pegasus (unlimited)
- Starter Deck: Yugi Evolution (1st Edition)
- Starter Deck: Kaiba Evolution (1st Edition)

All 6 decks are complete with all 50 original vintage cards, which are the printings from the early 2000s which I opened myself as a kid. The cards included are: SDY-001 to SDY-050 (all unlimited), SDK-001 to SDK-050 (all unlimited), SDJ-001 to SDJ-050 (all unlimited), SDP-001 to SDP-050 (all unlimited), SYE-001 to SYE-050 (all 1st Edition), and SKE-001 to SKE-050 (all 1st Edition).

The condition of the cards varies and it is not feasible to photograph or describe the condition of all 300 cards, so I will do my best to provide an approximate condition by each pair of releases (within a given deck there will still be variations). Please note that in general, due to the wear patterns on vintage YuGiOh cards, there will be more visible wear on the backs of cards than the fronts (e.g., a card could easily look NM on the front but LP-MP on the back, due to the different materials used on each face). I’ve generally “rounded down” based on the condition of the backs, even if the front may look better.

Starter Decks: Yugi & Kaiba:
- Most cards are ~MP due to the amount of scratches and clouding, play dirt, corner dings, and edge wear, but especially due to how the wear shows on the backs. A few cards are HP due to minor creases (~1cm) or worse edge wear, but most cards aren’t creased, and none have major creases. Some cards are also probably fair for LP, but I would deem the majority are MP.

Starter Decks: Joey & Pegasus:
- Most cards are borderline LP/MP due primarily to the amount of scratches and clouding, especially on the backs. Some have light edge wear or corner dings. Some cards are borderline NM/LP, but most will be borderline LP/MP.

Starter Decks: Yugi Evolution & Kaiba Evolution:
- Most cards are on the better side of LP due to light scratches and clouding, mainly on the backs. Many are borderline NM, but most have at least some light clouding on the back. A handful are borderline LP/MP due to heavier clouding/scratches, or light edge wear or corner dings.

The above conditions should be accurate in general. While I can’t photograph every single card, for serious inquiries only, please let me know if there are one or two specific nostalgic cards you care about the exact condition. The SDK Blue-Eyes White Dragon and SDY Dark Magician are both ~MP (but not creased) due to overall wear. The black luster soldier is mint/NM aside from a dent/impression on one edge. The Red-Eyes B. Dragon is borderline NM/LP.

The boxes are in ok condition for the most part, with a similar theme as the cards where the newest ones are in the best condition. All 6 still have the bottom flaps intact. All boxes still have the Eye of Anubis stickers attached, which were half-peeled on 5 decks, but sliced on SDJ. All 6 boxes show some amount of storage wear (e.g. scuffs on corners, other scuffs or scratches, and small creases in the cardboard). Additional details (besides light storage wear) noted below:

Starter Deck: Yugi (Konami Square Logo):
- Tab is punched, one small (pencil eraser sized) puncture in the back, some creases/cardboard buckling on 2 sides (left/bottom).

Starter Deck: Kaiba (Konami Square Logo):
- Tab is punched. Inner plastic shell packaging has a couple cracks.

Starter Deck: Joey (Konami Square Logo):
- Tab is still intact (unpunched). There is price sticker residue on the top of the box.

Starter Deck: Pegasus (Konami Square Logo):
- Tab is punched. The bottom edge is slightly warped/rounded outward, and the back face buckles slightly inward with a couple creases.

Starter Deck: Yugi Evolution (1st Edition):
- Tab is still intact (unpunched). Very clean overall, except two creases on the top hanging flap.

Starter Deck: Kaiba Evolution (1st Edition):
-Tab is still intact (unpunched). Very clean overall, except two creases on the back panel, and one on the top hanging flap.

Regarding rulebooks & playmat inserts, 5 of each are unused with minimal wear, and 1 of each is in rougher used condition (in the SDK box). The SYE and SKE decks also contain the original shrink wrap that was on the decks.

Cards are all in “Regular Size” (for MTG) clear dragon shield sleeves for protection. I’m also including the empty “rocket warrior” tin from ~2005 just as protective packaging that exactly fits 5 of the decks, and the 6th will be in a spare sleeve box.

Background art mat is NOT included.
