This is a signed 1991 Fleer Card #26 signed by the legendary Chicago Bulls center Bill Cartwright. Billl was drafted in 1979 out of the University of San Francisco. He played a big part in the three Championships won by the Bulls in 1991, 1992, and 1993. He signed this one for me in blue sharpie at a signing promoted by CSAC in Bridgeview, IL on June 9, 2024.
