Figure is in Very Good Pre-owned Condition.

Only visible flaw is a bit of rubbed off felt on the bottom of 1 foot (pictured).

This is a very fun and cute figure, with an upturned nose and freckles on his cheeks.

He has a string through the top of his hat for hanging him as a decoration.
