From the manufacturer:
1. Cut the number plate from the frame using a modeling knife or scissors.
2. Remove any remaining bridges with a fine-grain file.
3. If the number plate has a frame and it is not suitable for installation, remove it as described in steps 1-2.
4. Use cyanoacrylate or other suitable adhesive to attach plate to your model.

This item is brand new in its original packaging.
