The fork is made by Range and has Shimano SF dropouts.  The steering tube is 221mm and for a 1" threaded headset.  22.2mm stem.  The chrome is in good condition. There are some flecks of rust under the crown, but the part that one sees when the bike is built looks good.  Not perfect.  There are some spots where the finish is not shiny.  But they are small and hard to see when you aren't up close with a camera.  I do not know exactly what size tire will fit, but there is about 39mm wide between the blades at the point where a tire would cross, and about 34mm from the edge of a 622mm (700c) rim to the bottom of the crown.
