Very small dog/cat collar. Measures 18cm length and approx 1.8cm thick. Literally fits around my wrist. Great for small puppy/kitten or toy breed. Handmade (Etsy) out of blue/black and yellow/blue rope. Black plastic clip and silver metal ring. Never used as my puppy (not a toy breed) outgrew it before it arrived!
