About the Story
Published in 1908, Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz follows Dorothy, Zeb, Eureka the kitten, and Jim the Cab-Horse after a California earthquake sends them deep beneath the earth into strange underground fairy realms.
The story contains some of John R. Neill’s most imaginative and visually striking illustrations of the Oz series and remains one of Baum’s most collectible early Oz titles.
