The compression actually feels okay, but there is a knob to adjust the travel from 63-108mm, and this knob is not working.  That means the fork is operating at 108mm of travel at the moment.  I don't know if the adjuster is easy to fix, so I am listing this as a for parts project.  Also the rebound adjuster turns but does not seem to make a big difference to the performance.  It is possible that these are both easy fixes, but I'm not sure and so I'm selling it as is.  The steering tube is 185mm for a 1-1/8" threadless headset.
