Rare to find, hand made 1970s Vintage Gaucho Belts (Rastras) being sold in a batch of 4. Made of Leather and Argentine Coins with hand stitching at the back which attaches the decoration. Circular central metal plaque has traditional gaucho icons including a mate bombilla and kettle. Buckles also have lovely Argentine symbols. See photo. Traditionally worn with gaucho Bombacha trousers, these belts are an unusual eye catching, and stylish accessory. Three belts have a more distressed look due to some oxidation due to age (see photos). Top belt in photo needs a small metal strut that has come adrift from the centre.
