1. We will happily offer replacement items or refund if  "Item is dead on arrival or damaged", "There is a manufacturing fault with the item",

2. Our items are intended for professional installation in order to avoid damage to the item ( Warranty will be void due to improper installation )

3. The warranty Does Not Cover failure due to Abuse, Misuse, Improper Repairs or Maintenance, Installation, Alteration or Modifications

2. We ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Generally, delivery time is 1-5 business days to Australia depending on delivery location.
