This item is completely out of my area of expertise, so please use pictures as the description and please ask questions, although I'm unsure if I will be able to provide you with helpful answers. I will do my best, however.
It comes with a crank handle, but the handle is too big to fit over the threads on the thing that connects to the motor, so I can't see if it spins or not. It spins smoothly when you move the disc on top with your hand. 🤷
It needs some finish work, for sure, and still needs a few more parts, but the main components are there. It does come with the needle holder, but it's missing the floating arm that the needle connects to, as well as the horn, and the felt that is missing from the turntable.
