I believe that this unit has never been used... The warmer is completely clean.. The only thing that looks as it has been used is one of the extra cans of wax which you can see in photo.  I'm thinking this came from somewhere else.  Any way you look at it, it is a great bargain, and will definitely enhance your beauty regime.
