• There is one photo captioned: “Rare Bear River Cherries” showing 2 horses, carriage and driver with 3 women visible all eating what looks like cherries as they are holding small baskets in hand. Check out their hats!

• More than 60 black and white photos are captioned. There are several with poems.
• More than 55 color postcards (we do not know if they are addressed / postmarked as they are glued into the book).

• There are logos cutout from the King Edward Hotel, Clifton House in St John, NB, and for the Saint John 1908 Exhibition.

• There are several loose items towards the back of the book and some empty pages. A couple of loose postcards are postmarked 1913.
• The cover is made of thick cardboard. No title.
• This souvenir album is in very nice age-related condition. The cover is intact and the pages all seem well attached. No tears or compromises. There are several things missing where you can see glue marks. Most pictures, postcards and maps are glued down tight.
• The book measures 11 inches across x 7-1/4 inches in height.
• The book weighs just about 2 pounds, unpackaged.
