Please spray some lube on the rusted bolt prior to removing
Use the anti-seize on the bolt threads when installing to prevent seizing.
The black washer goes underneath the white cap on top of the board. The red washer goes between diving board and diving base. The steel &lock washer goes underneath the base,put the cover cap first then insert in the bolt in.
