U.S. #PR57 Mint NH w/CERT

This is the Statue of Freedom, 2¢ black

Newspaper and Periodical stamp from

1879.  Cert states that the stamp is reperfed

at the top and has some toning but it is

an exceedingly rare NH STAMP w/cert!

So rare NH that PSE has only graded a 

total of 5 stamps that have been NH.
