The cover illustration features an artistic depiction of the festival's exhibition site on the South Bank of the Thames in London.The Festival of Britain was a nationwide exhibition and fair aimed at promoting British industry, arts, and science following World War II.The Dome of Discovery, a prominent architectural feature of the exhibition, is visible in the foreground of the cover art.
Pretty decent condition for its age. The cover has a small tear down the spine to about half way down. Little nicks and dings through use. The inner pull out of the overview has been carefully removed but could be put back easily. Please check photos and please ask if you are not sure.
