UnFramed, Picture is 5x7 but with matting it would require an 8x10 frame

I Bought this about 30 years ago but never put it in a frame. It jas been in the plastic protector so it is clean but the  matting has some creases/dents. All Seen on the left at  top, on side and on bottom.  There is alsoadent in the picture just above the small boat to the left. This not very noticeable, I didn't notice this until I looked at the back and saw the round spot (see pics and ask questions). Comes from a smoke-free home.
