    Do you offer refunds for your items?

    Yes, provided that you contact us and post it back within 7 days with the tags fully intact, we will issue you a full refund. However, we ask that you arrange and pay for the postal back to us.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once we have received your unworn, tagged dress; as well as your refund request, we will issue you a refund within 5 - 7 working days. 

    Buyer Requirement: If you have an outstanding case with us where you did not pay for your purchased item in the past, we have the right to cancel your offer or order.
