0.5mm Thick Silicone Heat Transfer Patches
Our soft, durable embossed silicone transfer labels deliver premium raised rubber texture for high-end brand customisation. Extensively adopted in the apparel sector, they serve as care labels, name tags, sportswear emblems, swimwear & lingerie branding, and statement brand logos to satisfy sophisticated fashion labelling requirements.
Custom full-colour graphics are fully supported. The silicone transfers resist fading, cracking and peeling after countless wash and tumble-dry cycles. Application is ultra-convenient—no commercial heat press is mandatory; standard household irons are viable for small-batch & home use.

HEAT APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Industrial Heat Press Settings
•‌ Temperature: 160°C / 320°F
•‌ Pressure: 28.5 PSI (0.2 MPa), light pressure
•‌ Press Time: 12–15 seconds
•‌ Pre-note: Avoid fabric softener on target textiles prior to transfer; residual coating will compromise bonding performance.
•‌ Post-transfer rule: Wait a minimum of 48 hours before the first launder.

Household Dry Iron Settings
•‌ Flip garment inside out
•‌ Temperature: 185°C / 365°F
•‌ Press Time: 30 seconds of firm dry iron pressure
•‌ Same post-wait rule: 48-hour curing period before initial washing

Remark:
•‌ Do not use fabric softener before pressing (fabric coating impacts transfer effect).
•‌ Wait 48 hours minimum before first wash.
