Brand new, factory sealed. In VG+ shape overall but back of case does have a small crack in the lower right corner. This is visible on the spine as well, see right side of photo 4. Pulled from an original Sega manufacturing case like this (never on store shelves). Will wrap securely in bubble wrap and ship in a cardboard box.
