These are a pair of light blue flare-leg pants, size M, from the brand Halara, new with tags. The pants feature a unique crossover high-waist design at the front and two functional pockets on the front hips. The back has two patch pockets and a standard high-waist cut. The fabric appears to be a soft, stretch denim-like material with visible stitching in a contrasting lighter thread color. The pants have a fitted upper leg that flares out significantly from the knee down.
