Fair condition. Tight hinge and spine. Pages are clean with no writing, but a few are bent near the edge - See for example, photo of the Chicago page, which also has a small tear near the spine. Jacket has considerable wrinkling, which is easier to see in the photo taken at an angle. There is also a bit of edge wear and a small tear at back. There is a small red star on the bottom edge of the pages.
