This auction features 12 vintage unsilvered red glass ball ornaments. These are from the post WWII era and are very hard to find-especially this many together. Made in Occupied Japan. The original box is included. The ornaments are about 2.25 inches across and 7 inches in circumference.  

These scarce vintage ornaments are in very good vintage condition. There are 3 ornaments that appear to have a little heavier red color to the glass when compared to the other 9. You can see this best in the photo with the light in the background. They are still transparent. These 3 ornaments have replacement metal caps in place. 2 of them have surface scratches.

The other 9 ornaments are a transparent red color and are in excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks, and very little signs of wear at all. 7 of them have the original paper caps, which appear to have been glued in place. 2 have replacement metal caps.

The original box is included and has a label attached that indicates they were made in Occupied Japan. There is some tape and a few tears on the box, but overall in very nice condition for a cardboard item of this type and vintage.

A super rare find in the box.  Amazing they survived at all! 

Perfect for the Christmas tree, but would also look great on a wreath or other wall decor. Fun to fill bowls and jars as well.

A great addition to any vintage Christmas collection....also great to use if you like.
