Some cracked plastic on the plastic covers for the back sides of the wheels and the bushings through the wheel mounting plates are worn. Control cable operates smoothly. Comes only with items shown in photos.
Only Number I can find is on a bracket 175248.

Looked this up in the manual and found most parts associated with this assembly are obsolete and no longer available. However the control cable is MSRP new at ~$61 so worth it for that alone.
