Outstanding early Grodnertal or Tuck Comb doll. 7”.  She is dressed in her original red riding hood or schoolgirl outfit.  Wool red hokded cape with blue cotton dress, white apron and pantaloons. Green painted shoes.  Tiniest beaded necklace.  Sadly, she has lost part of one foot at some point but it doesn’t show when she is displayed.  Her body is all wood and she is articulated at shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.  I can move all but shoulders due to her clothing and I don’t recommend that she be played with given she is nearly 200 years old!  Wonderful all original doll.  Good for a large dollhouse or a doll kitchen.  From my personal collection.
