may be missing some beads or have other damage that I can't find. has a very small nearly invisible "damage" at the front base of the V neck where the fabric is stretched/pulled a little, does not affect the use or look of the dress. there are several very small holes near this area as well, not sure if it is missing beads or what, but again, barely noticeable and does not affect the use of the dress. see photos.

the measurements are NOT EXACT due to the nature of the material and the flexible measuring tape, so although they are an estimate, it may be off by half an inch or so, they are meant to use as a REFERENCE, not as exact measurements.
