Great tent. Does have some flaws. There is some cracking on some of the poles. Some poles could use some new stretch cord (the cross pole doesn’t have any stretch cord so it comes completely apart). Can definitely be used as is, but just takes longer to get set up because the stretch cord is loose. Does come with tie downs and stakes. Does not come with a foot print.
