Vintage Soviet Tin Tea Caddy USSR 1950s 1960s Fishing Camping Litho Box Rare 

Up for sale is a wonderful piece of Soviet-era nostalgia: a vintage, multi-sided tin tea caddy (tea box) featuring charming lithographed scenes of outdoor activities, including fishing and camping by a campfire. This type of decorative tin was highly popular in the USSR during the 1950s and 1960s, often used for premium loose tea or sold as a souvenir gift box.

Design: Octagonal/hexagonal tapered shape with a matching lid and a metal knob. Decorated with golden-striped panels, geometric/floral Art Deco style ornaments, and rustic illustration panels (fishermen, tourists preparing food over a campfire in front of a tent).

Condition Report
This item is in authentic vintage condition with a beautiful, honest patina. It has been deliberately left uncleaned to preserve the original fragile lithography and paint layer from damage. 
   Shows natural signs of age and use, including surface wear, minor scratches, spots of oxidation (rust) typical for tinware of this age, and a layer of vintage kitchen patina
  
The lid sits snugly; the original metal handle-knob is firmly attached.
