Vintage Sekonda mechanical alarm wristwatch made in the USSR

• Calibre 2612 18 jewel manual wind movement with mechanical alarm complication

• Dual crown alarm watch

• Watch is currently runningand the alarm function sounds correctly when activated

• Timegrapher reading shown in photos: +5 s/day, 256° amplitude, 2.7 ms beat error

• Upper alarm crown winds continuously and does not appear to stop when fully wound, so the alarm mechanism will likely require adjustment or servicing. This doesn't seem to affect the actual function though.

• Light gold dial with applied hour markers and internal alarm indicator track

• Case and crystal show age-related wear and marks consistent with use

• Fitted to a black 18mm strap

Early 1970s Soviet vintage watch - at this the watch is sold as seen, no returns.

This is a nice piece with a fun and useful mechanical alarm complication.
