Brought in to me for repair. I only had to replace the power cord to get it working. Pots were cleaned and inside was vacuumed. Includes working and matching footswitch for the tremolo and reverb effects. The Q in the serial number indicates a vintage unit and the transformer number indicates from 1972.
Unit is old. Powers on with some hum and functions as an old vintage unit would.
