This is an auction for a 1940s Charles Thomson Christmas card measuring 4-3/4 x 5-3/4 inches featuring what looks like a king with a lantern and basket and a peasant carrying wood leaving a castle and walking somewhere through the snow. Inside is distant figures walking on a road through a snow-covered forest, and it says, "May your Christmas Day be merry and may the New Year hold a wealth of peace and plenty, too, and Happiness untold." The card has been signed and is in good shape. NO ENVELOPE.
