Lovely 19hth-Century English Victorian era handcrafted double inkwell desk organizer.  It is made of papier mache, embellished with mother of pearl, abalone and has hand painted gilt flourishes.  It has two pen trays, two square dished compartments holding the inkwells, and a center square catchall.  A nice quality, handsome and functional English desk accessory.
