This is a two-athlete connected belt system featuring two adjustable black nylon waist belts linked by a central adjustable lead with a special Variable Resistance Buckle. The buckle has three tension settings – Light, Medium, and Heavy – allowing progressive training. The offensive player can fake, juke, cut, or explode to create separation, causing the buckle to release under force while the defender works to mirror and react.
