The 2006 tag? 4 1/2” from top-to-bottom and 3 1/4” from side-to-side. Appears to be lucite. The skinny about the Roger Maris Celebrity Golf Tournament? Founded by Roger Maris following his 1983 diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma to raise money for cancer research and treatment. The event has grown into a weeklong celebration of his legacy, including youth sports clinics and community events. 100% of proceeds benefit local cancer research and patient care at the Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center, Fargo Shanley High School and the Hospice of Red River Valley.

The 1998 tournament was noteworthy as it was held amidst the backdrop of Mark McGwire breaking Maris’s single-season home run record that same year.
