JVC HR-S6700U S-VHS Video Cassette Recorder 

For sale- a JVC HR-S6700U S-VHS Video Cassette Recorder as pictured.  Very nice physical condition and it does power up.  But when you insert a tape it takes it, shifts momentarily into PLAY but then changes its mind and powers down.  When you power it back up and hit eject it ejects the tape case but holds onto the tape.  Tried two different tapes, same result.  Accordingly it is sold for parts or repair only, no returns.
