What you see in the photos is what you get.  No other items or accessories are included besides what is pictured or what is specifically mentioned.  Items are UNTESTED unless specified otherwise.  Seller cannot guarantee operation of UNTESTED items which are sold AS-IS, and buyer assumes responsibility for the testing of these items.  In some cases, the seller will attempt to power up the item using a universal power supply to prove that the device will power up, but the device will still be considered UNTESTED.  Seller may have limited or no knowledge as to the use or application of the item, and buyer assumes responsibility for obtaining the necessary knowledge prior to using the item.  Buyer agrees to conduct any required research in advance as to whether or not the item will work for their particular application, including determining they have any required hardware or software.  Seller WILL NOT contact a provider on your behalf to determine if a particular a particular hardware item is tied to an account, but will provide any information such as serial number or MAC address necessary for buyer to conduct this research (Seller recommends this is done prior to bidding).  Seller DOES NOT offer technical support.
