Everything works as it should, rolls good, swivels good, raises up and down, and holds weight. Rolling Base is approximately 21 inches by 21 inches. When seat is lowered, it sits approximately 16 inches of the ground. When seat is fully extended, it sits approximately 19 inches off the ground.
