Up for grabs are these bricks from Detroit’s original Cathedral of Finance, the Guardian Building. Built in 1925, the Guardian Building is an art deco masterpiece, with a distinctive mix of orange, tan, and reddish bricks. In 2016, Wayne County completed extensive masonry repairs and pointing, removing a number of bricks in the process. These bricks were procured directly from the contractor.

This offering is for one brick. If you have a preference on which brick you’d like from the lot, please message before purchase.
